I had a paid membership on GoHealthy3****** and had 4,000 points to redeem products on their website. When my membership expired, I was not notified beforehand. I later found out that my points were forfeited. The company did not send any reminders or expiration warnings.

I contacted them to ask for a one-time exception or restoration of my points, but they refused. I feel this is unfair and deceptive. Had I been notified that my points were going to be removed, I would have used them. The company still had my contact info.

I am requesting that they restore my 4,000 points so that I can use it to redeem products on their website. I believe this is a reasonable request for a customer acting in good faith.

    Hi,
As per our policy, we’re unable to extend accounts that have been inactive for more than 120 days. This customer’s membership expired on 08/29/2025.
However, after speaking with the customer, we’ve agreed to extend their membership as a one-time courtesy.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to reactivate your account—I’m here to help.
    Best regards,

I placed an order on the website at the end of July and on August 12th I received an email with a tracking number saying it was delivered to a residence 3 hours away from me. Since receiving that email, I have tried calling, emailing and submitting the help form on their website. Today I actually managed to speak with someone on the phone for less than 60 seconds while he told me he would transfer me to customer service and I stayed on hold for over 45 minutes with the hopes of actually talking to someone and getting this resolved.
