    Konnect Leads claims to be a lead generation company, but they do not supply the services as mentioned on their website. I paid $250 for ten LIVE transfer final expense leads on 05/11/2023. I believed the age range of customer calls would be between 50 to 85, but most were in their late 70s. Most of these individuals only qualified for a Guaranteed Issue policy, which is more premium than they can afford to pay on a fixed income. I called **** ******* on 06/08/23 to ask for a refund. She did not answer so I left a voice message. After no response, I sent a follow-up message via email to her on Friday, 6/9/23 requesting a refund. Konnect Leads refused so I had no choice but to continue to work with them. **** ******* told me calls from customers 50 to 65, would take a long time to reach ten calls. So, I told her I would take whatever calls came in since they refused a refund. Not receiving client info emails with transferred calls AND calls being properly screened was still an issue. When I called the customer service number on their website, no answer. I left a voice message, no one called me back. I also sent an online message via their webpage, no one responded. **** ******* has stopped responding to my emails, and she doesn't return my phone calls. I have decided to file a complaint. They are still transferring calls to me when I'm not available. Lately, the calls show up as 'spam likely' from the CS dept even when I haven't Skyped anyone that I'm available. On 8/11/23, while I was driving and unavailable to take calls, a 'spam likely' call came through from Konnect Leads CS dept. I told the rep I was driving and wasn't at my laptop. He transferred the call anyway. Konnect Leads is inactive as of 09/08/2022 on the WY Secretary of State website for nonpayment of taxes. They are registered and active on the Missouri Secretary of State website as of 07/18/2022. I am not SATISFIED with their leads! I didn't receive the advertised services that I paid money for.
