We bought electric blinds from Budget Blinds and have had trouble with them since day 1 when there were installed. We have complained and it takes weeks and weeks of calling to have them return a call then months for them to come out and fix the blind only to have the blinds stop working or the motor to completely quit working then I have to call and call then wait months for someone to come out and fix the blinds only for them to stop working. Now we are being told they are to busy to come out to fix out blinds and they are now out of warranty but they have never worked right since day one. She did say we could take all our blinds down and she can try and fix the motors and then we would have to put them back up when they get new motors for the blinds and that could be six months to a year. I offered to pay extra to have them come take them off and then put them back up but she said no we have to do it. We have had horrible customer service from this company and are at our **** end we paid over $5000.00 for these blinds and they have never worked right from day one. I hope you can help me with this company. I just want my blinds fixed correctly
