5 starsAn outdoor sprinkler system is a significant investment. Be sure to talk with Pro Outdoor before choosing a company. The Pro Outdoor team is knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, and customer focused from their initial on-site visit, thru installation, and during follow-up service.

1 starCrew was supposed to show up today to aerate my lawn. Had to call several times to nail down a service date for the work. They were a "no show" today. Very poor follow through with them. I'm going to call tomorrow and simply cancel the service. It's not worth the hassle to deal with them.Review fromJoseph M

1 starOne star is just too generous but had to put something. They have gone down hill. They schedule your appts for you(all day) to wait around, not calling to see your schedule. I had a confirmed appt from 7-8:00 am and they no called, no showed. Spend your money elsewhere. REMOVEDis no longer.Review fromDonald R

1 starPricing is outrages. $222.73 to replace a $20.00 valve and $250 to dig out a poly pipe from under a tree root about a foot under ground a replace with a couple feet of new pipe which costs about $1.00 per footPro Outdoor
