    RD Tree Removal cut down my 50+ year old oak tree without my permission. He thought it was on the property next to me, but it was clearly on my side of the property line and within our landscaping. He didn't go to the door of the homeowner to verify. He offered no apologies. Come to find out from another neighbor, he doesn't have insurance for tree removal (only landscaping). When cutting down another neighbor's tree, he hit their house and tore off their soffit, fascia and gutter.

While its not an excuse, it seems there was a miscommunication on our end about property lines, and we should have absolutely verified with you directly before taking any action. We are also very sorry that you felt there was a lack of communication and no apology offered initiallythats on us, and we are truly sorry.Please know that we are taking steps to ensure this never happens again. We are reviewing our verification procedures and confirming all our insurance coverages to make sure that we are fully covered and can properly protect our clients.
