    Do yourself a favor, Do not use Wagner Garage Doors. Prepaid a $50 deposit. ********** was suppose to be here between 12 and 1 and didn't show up until 5. We had to call twice to see when they were coming. Gave two different excuses. FINALLY Walked in, looked at the spring that was broke, that they replaced a few years ago, and said it will be $750 for upgrades springs. We said no thank you. Called another company, came out right away and it was only $320..he said there is no such thing as an upgraded spring. BEWARE!!!

    Wagner Door Co LLC was hired to install three doors, two exterior and one storm door. When installing the storm door the installers tried to alter the storm door in order to get the door to work. When they completed the lock would not latch nor could we latch the sliding glass windows. They were paid in full upon leaving. (Our mistake for paying in full.) The owner blamed the door manufacturer for the problems. The manufacturer luckily replaced the storm door. Reluctant to use Wagner door again to install the new storm door another installer was called. The new installer looked at the exterior door and said it was flexing (moving). There were no shims anywhere on the exterior door and you could see daylight along the top and sides of the exterior door. (We have pictures of this.) Wagner door was called and the owner claimed his installers would have put in shims. He denied there were any problems with the installation and promptly hung up on us. The second installer fixed the issues with the exterior door installation and hung the storm door without issue. The owner of Wagner door would not admit the door was installed incorrectly and kept blaming the manufacturer. We also checked the patio door that Wagner door installed and there were no shims put in that door also. That issue was taken care of by us. Please do not use Wagner Door for any door installation. Due to the above issues Wagner door deserves no STARS!

    Terrible. The way they scam customers. They just got us for over 300 on a adjustment
