    Our father is a resident of Dougherty Ferry Assisted Living and Memory Care. For the past six months, we have been charged an additional $500 per month for five daily check-ins to assist our father with his incontinence issues. This assistance includes helping him change his clothes and bedding.However, based on footage from a camera in his room, these services are not being provided. Often, we, his family, end up providing this care ourselves. We have a signed copy of the care plan, which outlines the services we are paying for. Despite this, when we requested a refund for the services not rendered -- offering to share the camera footage, the facility refused, stating that no refund would be given without giving any reason and instead suggested that we vacate the apartment if we are not satisfied.We seek a resolution to this issue, including a refund for the services not provided ($500 for the five months services were not rendered and assurance that the agreed-upon care will be delivered moving forward.
