      I entered into a Boat Brokerage Agreement with Premier Marine on 4/23/2023. The agreement provided that upon sale of the boat, Premier would be entitled to 10% of the sale price with 90% paid to me. The boat sold on 8/10/2023 for $25,000. Premier aka ******************* indicated that he would promptly send me a check for $22,500. To date, I have not received payment after many requests. Premier will not take my phone calls or answer my phone messages or email messages.

      On 8/4/2023 my credit card was charged for $1695.76. I never had any work done on my boat for this charge to be submitted. Premiere Marine has done work on my boat over the *********** never had any complaints. When I saw this charge I talked to a women at the office regarding this amount and she confirmed that it was an error that would be credited back to my account right away. That never happened. After repeated attempts to contact the office and leaving messages Ive been left with no other choice than to file a complaint. No one has ever returned my calls.

      Dear Billing Disputes Division:
      We are writing to dispute a charge of $5300.00 to our credit card account on
      10/4/2022 from Premiere Marine . We are disputing the charge because we were
      never given the item purchased. The seller agreed to buy a new motor for our
      boat with the $5300.00 and install it over the winter months of 2022-23. We made
      multiple attempts to call and check on the installation and left several messages
      with them. The phone calls were never returned. We stopped into the business
      two or three times and were always promised that we would be next on their
      schedule. On June 28, 2023, *** and *******************, our sister and brother-in-law,
      stopped into the business and asked to see that motor that they purchased to
      install into our boat. They spoke to ******* and she said that she did not have the
      motor that they were supposed to buy with our $5300.00. On June 28th, we sent
      an email asking for our boat to be returned to our dock and for a full refund of the
      $5300.00. Our boat was returned but we have not received our refund. We
      stopped by Premiere Marine on July 11, 2023 to pick up the boat keys and ask
      about our refund. ******* stated that she had already initiated a refund and she
      does not know why it is taking so long. There is no evidence that she has made
      any attempts at issuing us our refund.
      We have made many attempts to get our card credited for this item through email
      and face to face interactions.

      We received a refund a few weeks after we contacted your office.
