    January 3, 2025 I went in to Oil Changers to get an oil change. While I was there, they seized the engine in my vehicle . Vehicle was towed to a local garage. The garage put an estimate out for 12,000.00 for a new engine to be replaced into my 5 year old car.
    Oil Changers did not like that quote, and without our knowledge went and got 3 other quotes. The quote they took, was $6200 for a used engine . The vehicle was towed to the new garage after the First garage called me and said they needed the bill paid and the car removed, (when we had been told by oil changers that is was being towed earlier. Vehicle is t the new garage, engine shows up damaged. They order a new used engine, cannot give me any information on engine. Two weeks and engine arrives, gets put in and now am told there is an issue with the transmission . We are going on 5.5 weeks! What do I want from them? FIRST, my car back. Secondly, Compensation for decreased value of vehicle, bills I am paying for said vehicle that I (car payments, insurance, car wash monthly), gas money for all vehicles I have borrowed. I Want to see them MAKE IT RIGHT! I am frustrated , stressed to the maximum.
