    I purchased a brand new transmission (P.O. stock # ******) for my car (2015 Alfa Romeo 4C) to replace my damaged tranny.
    When the part arrived at my dealership
    ( Alfa Maserati of Wilmington Pike, ** ********** **** *, Chadds Ford, PA. 19317) it arrived damaged. The crate was caved in and the unit was not properly packed for shipment)
    There was no way to tell if there was internal damage until it was installed in my car.
    I asked for a replacement, but they gave me the run around for so long I gave up and had the tranny installed. (After numerous tests at my dealership, w drivers getting stranded, it was concluded that
    the tranny was and is damaged and needs to be replaced again.)
    The unit is under warranty and my dealer is working w the claims dep.to rectify and replace this transmission.
    But weeks have gone by and still no action.
    There is no number to call to speak w anyone in the claims dep regarding this.
    It has been 6 months without my car.
    I want this resolved! This company needs to step up and send me another transmission and make sure it is securely packed for freight shipment from Texas to PA.
    ****** *. has been my contact/salesperson at ***** so far and he is doing what he can for me but he cant contact their claims dep. either, only leave messages.
    Please help me to rectify this issue ASAP
    This company has poor business policies, and I feel like im being ignored too many times.

    To resolve this issue, we are refunding the full purchase amount of $1,370 to you. This refund will be processed promptly.

    I made an agreement with Wheezly and they had Midway auto parts pick up my car. Midway was mailed my car title on weds.5/29. They picked up my car on Friday 5/31. I was suppose to receive a check for my car when they picked it up but I was unable to be there. I called and asked if they mailed my check and I was told they would mail it on Monday 6/3. On Tuesday I called to see if the check had been mailed and I was told they would mail it sometime that week. I told them that was not ok. It is now 6/10 and I do not have payment for my car. They leave me on hold and pretend they do not have a manager. Olivia is the name of the person that I have spoken too. I should have been paid $390 for my 2002 *** **  vin: *****************  I would like my check immediately with a tracking number or the return of my car.

    She mailed her title to us we picked up her car on Friday 5/31 from a storage unit.  ****** told her her check would go out in the mail on Monday 6/1/24.  The check did not make it out in the Mail until Wednesday 6/3.  We ended out putting it in the regular US mail.  She should have her check by today I would think. 

    We called yesterday but ****** was not receptive to what we were saying. This call was made by our office manager ********* I have called ****** and if she has not received her payment then we will cancel the check we mailed last week and will send on ***** 2 day priority. She has yet to call back to us.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I just received the check and I am waiting to see if it clears before resolving this complaint.  The company advertised that they pay on delivery of vehicle yet they held my check for days after picking up my car.  I have no trust for this company.  If check does not clear I want my car returned.
