    On 6/25/22 I hired Vester Tree Service to come out and cut and deroot a tree in my yard. He charged me $2500.00 for this service he said that he couldn’t cut any lower due to cement being in his way. So I asked my grandkids to come out and shovel the dirt away I’m 82 years of age. They can’t remove the dirt because there are big tree roots that the man left. So I called Vester’s and the man came out and started telling me why he couldn’t remove what he promised. He got very offensive and very rude I told him I just want what I paid him for. He then questions my granddaughter and she asked this man to just do his job. He then continues to get loud and leave my property he then goes to my neighbors house and try and involve them. My granddaughter asked the man to leave over 5 times and he refused. When told the Better Business Bureau will be contacted he started ranting more. I’m am too old in age to just give my money away and not get what I paid for. I have to find another company to come out and finish the JOB he didn’t do. My husband is Legally blind and was home at the time and I was out on errands. Please help me fix this matter as my front yard looks horrible and I can’t do anything with it until the tree is removed. He refused a check and told me he only could do Cash payments only

    It was stump grinding. Her garden is raised up around 2-3 feet high around the tree. She cut the tree down and had my company stump grind the tree. We grinded it down as far as we could. Her garden is 2-3 feet off of the ground. She bought dirt and put it around the tree. 

    Then she called someone else to remove 2-3 tons of dirt. That's when it got down to the ground floor. She didn't tell me to tear up her garden and destroy her property. She had at least three bobcat loads of dirt. The stump griding wasn't going to go to the ground because the garden was raised. If I had taken the stump grinding to the ground, I would have had to destroy her property. There was an electrical wire coming out of the ground that was 4 feet tall. She found that after she removed all the dirt. 

    Her and her husband reviewed it. She paid me and was very happy.
