    SLUMLORDS! The worst experience I’ve ever had renting. THE WORST. Office staff is rude at times and have no sense of urgency with maintenance. Two months into our lease and there have been problems since day 1. ******* pushed our move in back but barely did a make ready- house was filthy and in disrepair with chipping paint. When we moved in there was a step partially missing in the basement that I broke my ankle on and took them almost 2 months to fix. They don’t care that this is my home- we have had a plumbing leak for a month now that took them two weeks to even come look at, and there are currently two massive holes they made sitting open in the house and the leak is still not fixed. Maintenance is unbelievably incompetent. They don’t clean up after themselves. Managers are basically clueless. I have never dealt with a group of people so collectively bad at their jobs till now. Complete nightmare experience. Major regret. Run the other direction
