      This company is the worst company ever!! The management staff are rude and unprofessional. Maintenance is a total nightmare!!! It's nearly impossible to get things fixed!!! This is just a piss poor Management Company that has 0 regard for their tenants, but will not hesitate to notify you concerning rent!!! Stay as far away from this horrible company as possible!!!! Slum lords at its finest!!!

      This company scams tenants and steal their rental payments. High turnover in regard to staff. Staff is very short, not knowledgeable of tenant's accounts and don't attempt to assist tenants with issues regarding balances. One day you can view your account online which reflects no balance and a day later you owe thousands of dollars. When you call staff does not answer the phone or you leave a voicemail, and nobody ever calls you back. You can send an email to a staff member on a particular day, and it take days in order for you to receive a response. You can request to speak with a superior staff official above the person you are talking too or the owner and get ignored when requesting this information in an email format. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE .

      These claims are completely false and our team is absolutely accessible. You can call, email an individual or our general help desk (which is monitored 12 hrs/day on business days), or even physically stop in our *************** We have no record of anyone in our system named ********************* or with the email address *********************** Please give us your correct name if you were a resident so we can look into your issues or remove this false review if you cannot prove residency.

      This company loves to reel people in to their properties by saying "newly renovated" or "fully redone" but they dont tell you that they hire the worst and cheapest contractors to do their renovations. We moved in on May 26th and we've had absolutely the worst experience here and its only been 2 months. Because of the crappy contract work, we had no working shower, a leaking washer, our bathroom sink is so clogged they need to bring a plumber in, ants and bugs coming into the apartment, and our ** unit didn't have the drain hose connected to it and was leaking gallons of water into our ceiling which eventually came down despite our several calls we made to the office about our concern from the water leaking. We've also had two doorknobs just stop working and straight up fall off when trying to turn them as well. The time from the ceiling leaking to it coming down was a matter of less than 24 hours with no one to even come out to check on it until the next day in the afternoon after it already collapsed. After that, it took them more than a week to even get someone to come out and look for mold which only happened because of us writing emails about potentially calling a lawyer because of the obvious neglect we were receiving about our apartment. Of course my girlfriend and I contacted them about a refund on rent because this was absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Which their response was, "I'll send this email over to your property manager" of course we never got a response back. Another thing is that even with the insane ceiling issue, their extreme lack of attention to it caused it to leak a second time and caused an even bigger hole. And since the ** was what was causing the issue, it had to be turned off in the middle of summer. Their solution was to give us a window ** unit but that wouldn't reach back to our bedrooms so we signed a lease for a two bedroom and were living in studio apartment space for more than two or three weeks. Still forcing rent too:)
