    This is a shady company. They put a 10 year clause on my property after changing paperwork, then filed a fake affidavit. This is not right thatthis company is doing it not only to me but several people I have made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before and still nothing has been done. They have left a reply from the first complaint, but still yet nothing has been done. This is a shady company and this is wrong. This was the original document that is not signed. They forge documents.

    We acknowledge Ms. ******* ******** complaint and take allegations of this nature seriously.
    Ms. ****** entered into a legally binding purchase agreement with our company. Following the execution of this contract, she ceased communication and did not respond to multiple attempts to reach her via phone, text, and email. As Ms. ****** failed to comply with the terms of our agreement, we were compelled to record an affidavit confirming the existence of a signed contract to secure our legal interest in the property.
    However, upon Ms. ******** subsequent request approximately one year later, and in good faith, our company has voluntarily removed the lien placed on the property.
    Attached to this response is the original executed contract signed by Ms. Porter, along with a detailed audit trail clearly demonstrating that the signature is authentic and valid. Therefore, we categorically deny any allegations of forgery or unethical conduct, as stated in this complaint.
    Our company remains committed to transparency, integrity, and ethical business practices at all times.
