"The overall experience that I had was very unprofessional as they said, they would have him ready after cremation in time before I left to go back home, but when I called on the day that I was supposed to leave, they said that he was just now ready and then I could come pick him up, but how was I supposed to do that when my flight was leaving in a few hours so I paid $150 to have him shipped overnight and they promised that I would have him by Tuesday, but I waited over a week and I still have not received his remains so I had to call back and ask what was going on as the receipt they sent me said donation because I started to panic because that means they are donating his remains for science and that’s not what I wanted. They gave me some song and dance about how somebody quit and it took me being very stern and upsetting about this to get him finally shipped to me, but the overall experience was very upsetting as this was my son, and it was already a very traumatic experience as it was losing my son and then have to fight with the funeral home to even get his remain sent to me after I paid for them and every time I talk to them nobody seemed to know what was going on." ...
