    Swappa experience depends on the seller. If you only use trusted 5 star sellers, the site works well!

    I am a seller on Swappa. Despite having perfect feedback and quite a few, as soon as a "Karen" buyer demanding and demeaning bought an item and wanted to return it for reason that wasn't legitimate. Ok, I sent her a label but she claimed she didn't receive it. Normally, on other platform like Ebay or any other platform, they would just step and send the buyer the label and that would be the end of it as soon as the buyer want to return. NO, not swappa. They seriously couldn't afford to sign up for a stamp.com account or use Paypal to send the buyer the label. Now the buyer think that the me the seller is playing game or just lied for whatever reason. It turned a simple return into a nightmare with Swappa staff treat me like a incompetence kid and the buyer being super rude so I even send proof of the label I did sent to the buyer originally and a new label. Despite that even though the buyer was rude and demeaning, Swappa basically said I can't talk back and block my account. No wonder why their market share are so small. They just want to take money and not do any legitimate work like offering a return label if there is a problem. Make the seller do all the work because of lower selling fees but forgot that if the buyer is crazy, you as the seller are on the hook for 100%. You have to wonder, if Ebay can offer full refund out of their own pocket for some cases, send label immediately to buyer if there is a problem, have way more buyers, why would Swappa be better when they don't offer anything except for lower fees to attract sellers? Swappa don't do much except for thinking that since they offer lower fees, that sellers should solve all problems except for crazy buyers which they will block you. No wonder why there is so little of devices on there. No sellers that experienced this including me will ever sell on there again. Even though there are tons of item that you can sell there but no one sell for a reason.

    I have only had positive experiences with Swappa sellers. I'm grateful for this tier in the tech marketplace. It allows me to stay in budget. I've bought several items through them and have always been pleased.

    Swappa! I have been scammed! This "seller" has hacked my husband's email account which I used for paying via Paypal. He provided a shipping label to Paypal with a tracking number of a package that had already been delivered to our address earlier this week. We just spoke to Paypal and they are aware of this scam. This is the SECOND TIME within a week that we've been scammed on your website. My husband purchased a laptop from another seller on your site who created a shipping label and never sent the item. Instead of punishing the crook that scammed us, you restricted my husband's account from making further purchases, which is the reason why I had to buy it. "Swappa has fantastic support and we're quick to answer questions!" Are you serious? You are protecting the criminals and punishing the victims? Your business should be restricted, just like you restricted my husband's account. I have already filed a complaint against you with Paypal and reported this criminal to law enforcement.

    Swappa has sellers that are making misleading listings, shipping unusable phones to buyers, when you go to get a refund the buyer is allowed to charge you (the consumer that just got ripped off) all the charges plus a 15% restock fee kickback of profit for the whole thing.
    Use ****, anything else, Swappa condones it so they can make profit. They literally don't respect their costumers.

    I have been with swappa for years. Have bought a few phones, some with issue and some without. Frustrating when issues arise, but they were resolved. Currently though- it is no longer a site for "people" to sell their phones. You used to be able to get various packages- ie cords, instructions, cases included, depending on what the seller was offering. Now, its a bunch of companies collecting, refurbishing and selling for profit, very few individuals left. So buyer beware.
