    January 2024 receive free consultation and xray images as part of a promotion from Aspen Dental. Declined any continued appointments or treatments after that date, yet was charged $1,613 for additional services that did not occur. Spoke to local and corporate offices to resolve charges, and they said they were taken care of, but they have since been sent to a debt collector.

    Upon receiving the complaint, the office that treated the patient will initiate an internal review of the issues raised. A team member from that office will then be reaching out directly to the patient to discuss the details of the complaint and work towards a mutually agreeable solution. We appreciate the Better Business Bureau's role in facilitating communication between consumers and businesses and take this matter seriously. Rest assured that we will make every effort to rectify the situation and provide a positive outcome for the patient.

    I was looking to purchase upper dentures. They told me I would also need a lower partial Because I only had six teeth on the bottom. I agreed to that. They asked for my ins. wich is *****. They told me I had to also go through a company called *******. I was approved for $3000. I did nt under stand because my ins. also offerd up to $3000. After many many Appointments and me ending up paying ******* four payments of $150.00,I still have no dentures or partial
