Unprofessional ethics. Signed contract on 6-3-2021, with a initial deposit $2941. I had to contact monthly from July until September as to when will the renovations begin. Last text I requested refund. Was denied due to contract stated I have 3 days to cancel from date of signature(6-3-2021). Requested refund from sales representative *************************** who then refers me to CEO *****. He stated that h*** give me a call on Monday after their staff meeting. I had to call him to for results discussed at their meeting. Unfortunately I will not be refunded $2941. Renewing The Home Services LLC are scammers. Beware!

In response to *********** comments we indeed signed a legally binding contract to complete the described work and she put down a deposit to secure a position in que for us to complete the work when it was her turn. The contract provided the legally required 3 day right of cancellation for any reason the customer provided. ********* chose not to cancel and was contacted on several occasions as to progress towards getting to her job done up until she determined she wanted to unilaterally cancel our mutual agreement. I listened to her reasoning and considered her request and informed her at that time we were committed to abide by our agreement and complete her project when her time came up to do so. Furthermore after she insisted she was finished I informed her that I would keep her place in que and when that time came up if she chose to continue we would get her project completed at that time, if she chose not to then we would go our own way. But to be clear we have been operating this business for nearly 10 years with an outstandingly good reputation and an A+ rating with the better business bureau in addition to 30+ years owning and operating other similar businesses. We are not scammers nor do we utilize deceptive tactics or unethical methods with any of our customers and she should know her choice to publicly make this claim and publish these comments will cause serious defamatory damage to our reputation and she can expect to receive a severe legal response from us immediately.
