            I contacted Alpha Tech after LG gave their information to me as a authorized 3rd party repair for their washers. The owner came out on 8/3/21 and while diagnosing the error found another one. He didn't have the parts for it so had to order. Agreed upon a total of $150 for the repair including the $80 service fee. Paid the service fee and set an appointment for 8/4 @ 11:30. Got an email confirmation for the appointment. Company never showed back up, has not responded to any calls to their 3 numbers or texts. Registered a complaint with LG. LG has tried to contact them and gotten no response. The company seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.

            If I could, I would leave a 0 star review. This company is not legit. They took my money and then told me that the item was out of stock. After months of waiting, they finally sent me the sweatshirt. When the sweatshirt was the wrong size, I sent it back and requested that they send a smaller size. After receiving the returned merchandise, they claimed it was not “up to their return standards” and that they would not send the smaller size or return my money. Do not do business with this company - they are a scam!
