    This is the best company I have worked with. They got pet stains out on the first try. My air ducts are clean. They took birds nests out of the dryer vent. Thank you so much!

    Dewdrop Carpet Cleaning is an amazing husband and wife company that cleaned the carpets in our home. I hired them because they have a BBB rating. None of the other commercial carpet cleaners had that rating on their website. Anyway, with Dewdrop, I've never experienced a carpet cleaning company that was so meticulous and thorough at every stage of the project. They asked me how other carpet cleaning companies had done it before and I told them that the others came in and immediately started steam cleaning the carpets, and that the carpets were wet for several days, sometimes more than a week, following those cleanings. Well...Dewdrop Carpet Cleaning used no less than four different machines. First, they did a full, deep-vacuuming (which no other carpet cleaner has done in the past), then they went through with a deep-thread freshener. It's been weeks now, and my carpets and house still smell fresh and clean. The carpets were only mildly damp for about 2 days post cleaning. Then they used a machine system that does a deep clean but doesn't rely on tons of water. Finally, they used a specialized dryer and carpet nap fluffing machine. From now on I will ALWAYS hire Dewdrop Carpet Cleaning. The are, hands down, the ABSOLUTE BEST in the Kansas City area.

    I love this company. They are always so responsive, on time, affordable, respectful and my carpet in my home apartment looks so good and nice after this. I recommend it a 100%. Great experience!
