    I ordered glasses from this place on October 6. My son also ordered some and he got his within about a week. When I got the glasses they did not fit the bridge of my nose. They also put the bifocals too low. They wouldn't fix it. So now I have to order glasses from somewhere else and fight my insurance company on it.

    Bruces has an employee there that is so rude. She cussed me out with other patients there. She ran up on me like she was going to hit me. Her kid was there and every other word was the * word and she called me a ***** over and over. I cussed and yelled right back. She then yelled out my prescription in front of other patients. Which I'm pretty sure that is a Hipaa violation. She is the most unpleasant , unprofessional employee of Bruces and he was there and did nothing about it. He allowed this behavior. They never answer their phone. They aren't open when they say they will ************** looked like they were cut out and put in my frames. They weren't smooth nor polished. Rough all the way around. Because of this employee I will never do business with them again. Horrible place.
