JC Auto Connection has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refused to take accountability for selling a vehicle that was not mechanically sound even though the issues began the moment the car was driven off the lot. They were unable to provide paperwork or proof of any kind for issues they claimed to have fixed. They refused to provide any solution to the situation after going back and forth with them for 4 months and the vehicle being in and out of 5 different shops (that were recommended by them). They decided to cut all communication, leaving me with a vehicle that is inoperable and will not drive. They do not care about their customers nor are they willing to take accountability for their poor service.

Thank you for sharing ****************** concerns, and for giving us the opportunity to respond. ************** did purchase a *********** from JC Auto Connection, and we are aware of her situation. About two weeks after purchase (estimated time), ************** reached out to us to share that she was having problems with her car. While ************** signed an "as is, no warranty" statement at the time of her purchase, JC Auto Connection shared with ************** that if she brought her car in, we would be happy to have a mechanic take a look at it. ************** brought her car in, we paid an independent mechanic to look at her car, the problems were fixed per the mechanic, and ************** got her car back and went on her way. Approximately two weeks later, ************** reached out again. Again, we wanted to assist ************** (even though she did sign the as is agreement). We asked ************** to bring the car in and we would have it looked over again. This time, we went out of our way to also allow ************** to drive a car off of our car lot, while her car was in the shop. A different independent mechanic shop repaired her vehicle, and ************** was again on her way.************** reached out again, a few weeks later (after putting over 3000 miles on the vehicle), stating she was again having issues with her car. Again, we loaned her a vehicle and sent hers to be repaired. After the 3rd instance, ************** again reached out at least 2 weeks later, with more vehicle concerns. At this point, we told ************** that we had done all we could do for her, and that she had purchased an extended warranty (through the finance company) when she purchased her vehicle. We shared that it would be in ****************** best interest going forward to work with the warranty company for further needed repairs.A few days later, ************** called JC Auto Connection, asking for receipts for the work that had been done on her car, and a copy of the warranty paperwork as she had lost her copy. The receipts were provided, however; we informed ************** that she would need to contact the finance company for a copy of her warranty paperwork, as her warranty was purchased through them, and not JC Auto Connection. The day after we provided the receipts to **************, her mother came to the car lot, demanding a copy of the warranty paperwork. When we shared with ****************** mother that the warranty paperwork would have to be obtained through the finance company, she started screaming and using foul language, to the point that we had to ask her to leave the property, as there were other customers in the building. We did not feel that our customers should be subjected to ****************** mothers inappropriate behavior. At this point, we feel we have bent over backwards for ************** and wish that she understood that we went above and beyond to assist her. We would still encourage ************** to reach out to her finance company for a copy of the extended warranty that she purchased, and to work with the warranty company for any additional needed repairs.
