    Location: ******************************************** - Genl. Mgr. - ****** I bit into the burger and realized that there was spit on my hand, my left palm, after I bit into the burger. I almost ate someone&#**;s spit. I don&#**;t have any enemies there, placed the mobile order and I don&#**;t know if I was their target but I was the victim. So I reached out to the general manager, ******, about this matter and he did not do anything about it. I told him I got a hold of corporate and he said that I did the right thing and they would probably get a hold of me. I didn&#**;t even get my money back.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    upon calling and speaking to the manager for the last time.

    I was told due to using the mobile app that I had to go through the mobile app to get a refund. That it is a different system of payment. If this was not the case I wouldve came in that following Wednesday when the manager returned to work.
    I never received a call and had to reach out to them to inform again about the issue and ask about the communication status.*
    This is also when I told them Im just wanting a refund and for his upper to communicate with me about the issue. Things when I was told about the refund payment issue.

    Note  * Mobile App *** did end up refunding me and was very sorry about the incident & concerned about what happened.- It may have took a minute, but I appreciate them communicating with me and solving the issue.
