My first time buying a car. Granted, credit was not great. They sold me a car that to this day I have problems with. Can’t even lock the doors. The driver side door needed to be totally rebuilt. And it doesn’t lock right even after taking it to get repaired more than once. Terrible business. Terrible way to do customers. Would never buy a car from them again.

Sold us a white 2003 Chevy Impala last year. $3,000.00 down. Drove the vehicle not even a good 6 months before issues. Opened the radiator cap....gunky and clunky thickness. We took the vehicle back to Metro Motors KC, LLC and they patched up the issue. A month later, head gasket issues, gunky and clunky under the cap, vehicle was no longer drive-able. Metro Motors KC picked up the vehicle because the money we had for the car payments went towards ongoing repairs of the vehicle. Raggedy vehicle no longer affordable due to these repair issues. Today, 3/29/2024, I noticed they have placed the white Impala back on the lot for sale. I'm sure it's patched up just enough to sell to someone else. They will make another $3,000 off someone. I doubt they invested any money in repairing the head gasket, which is what they should have done when we were making payments on it. If you want a lemon "as is" vehicle, this is the place to go. They deserved to be picketed and/or shut down. We give them half a star. If you shop there, do not purchase the white 4-door impala VIN beginning with "2G1WH52" out front on the lot, you will be sorry! I intend on reporting to BBB and Attorney General's office. I won't leave most of my correct info here on the next screen due to the fact I don't want any "issues" with this company. The lease the company could have done: Either correct the issue or put us in a different reliable vehicle or refund the $3,000.00. As a business if you are unable to make your customers happy, your business is the problem.
