    Andre R******* came to my house on October 24 to give a bid for a privacy fence. I asked him to look at a recently poured stamp concrete patio that was poorly done. He agreed it was a bad but he could fix it with a skim coat and restamp it. I was so upset over the job done I asked him for a bid. I made the mistake of paying him upfront for both jobs a total of $7361.00.
    To this date November 19th no work had been done no material delivered. He had made excuse after excuse. He had lied over and over. I asked for receipts for material he said he purchased he would not show me. He had done this to multiple people, he needs to be stopped.
