    I went in to have my screen replaced on a Friday 02/24.
    Received my phone back and was told that facial recognition is not working and I will need to return the next day to have them figure out why this was not working. It was working just fine before I brought my phone in for any repairs. Went in on 02/25 around 1:30 because I was told they would need a couple of hours on it to figure out why it is not working. When I went in i told them as i had been using my phone the rest of Friday and Saturday before bringing it back for additional service to be done i noticed that the back camera was not working correctly and that I also had white bubbles showing up on the screen when pushing on it. So they keep my phone until 5:50 that evening. I stopped in at around 330 to see how it was going and I was told that they had no idea why it wasn't working correctly and they still could not get it to work appropriately for facial req. and then **** told be that the camera is vibration when using the camera which was not doing any of that before I brought my phone to this business. they told be to come back in about an hour or so to pick it up and I did. When I got home I could not text or use my phone for more than 2-3 minutes at a time before it would just reboot on its own. When I did go in on Saturday ***** (a manager) had given me extreme attitude and told me that if I had problems I could take my business elsewhere and threw my phone on the glass counter and tossed my sim card and holder next to it and said he wasn't going to fix it. I told them they will fix it as I had Paid over $160 to have just the screen replaced. Now I was told only one person would be able to work on my device because no one else knew what was wrong or how to fix it. ****** is the co-owner of the business and was told he comes in when he wants and that **** would not make a call to him to have him personally contact me to have my issue resolved by the business. Now Monday and still no fix.
