On 5/7/24 my father and I drove 45 minutes from ********, ******** to *************** to purchase a trailer. ***************** a sales representative showed us a few trailers and we decided on a 14x10 utility trailer. He took our information and said he had to file some paperwork and that the trailer would be ready for pick the following day and he would give us a call when it was ready. He never called so I called him back 4 days later. He said that the trailer was sitting out front of the lot and we could come pick it up. We drove back to the business and noticed that the trailer wasnt the same size we requested. **** told us to come back in 2 hours and for the inconvenience he would sale us the 14x10 trailer for the price of the smaller trailer he had sitting on the lot, we agreed and drove back to ********. We returned 2 hours later and **** walked and said What are yall doing here?! My father and I looked at each other with confused looks on our faces and I said You told us to come back in 2 hours. **** said I told you I was going to drop it off to you guys which he never did!
