    Service called was initiated for an inoperable sump-pump through Choice Home Warranty back in June/July 2024. ******* from "Honest Construction N Action" told me he replaced the sump-pump with a new sump-pump. December 2025 I made another service call to Choice Home Warranty due to my entire lower level that consists of my movie room, gym, bathroom, etc. was ruined from the sump-pump being inoperable. The service call was dispatched to ******* from "Honest Construction N Action" which showed up to my residence. I asked him for his card and was he licensed /bonded. He refused to give me a card nor answer my question. He expressed he replaced the entire sump-pump (back up/main) and refused to address my concerns and told me to take it up with my insurance company. Choice Home Warranty dispatched another tech who showed me that the main sump-pump was old/inoperable which was never replaced and only the back up pump was replaced which is also inoperable. I now have over $30,000 in damage to address renovation concerns.

    My name is ******* *** and Im the Owner of honest construction n action. I was call out to the customers home to take a look at his sump pump. When I got there the same accusations that hes given you as the Better Business Bureau is the same thing that he explained to me when I got there. It appears that his basement and his theater and everything was damaged due to his sump pump and his flooding. He Explained that he had just got everything renovated. I pointed out that whoever renovated they did not remove any drywall because there were still mold behind the drywall. He Then proceeded to tell me that youre not here for that for the sump pump. This customer also have cameras when you come through the front door and leading to the basement where we were working. I went to my car for one second and this customers call me back to show me on camera that my family member was looking at his war Memorabilia that was on display. He explained that he didnt want anyone looking at his stuff and his home. He just wanted us to do the repair I said it wont happen again. We proceeded to install the new sump pump. The sump pump was installed and we left. It appears that this customer have been trying to scam his insurance company, and he has done the same thing more than once for the same issue. we were called out for a second time To the same Customer. He did not even know who we were. He proceeded to tell me the same story the very first time that I got there. This customer should be investigated for insurance fraud

    Hello,Honest plumbing service was hired by ************************ Technician from choice came to inspect my home and they have given unexpcted report to warranty company intentionally to deny my claim as freezing tempreture cause in May starting which is not correct and while he came to inspect he asked me that leakage is outside the home howver it was inside my home between concrete and drywall.When he left , i don't what he did he made it worst and my drywall got heavily damaged due to water it seems he broke more whatever it was earlier i used to keep close the water but not sure what he did. When i spoke with Choice warranty then they responded me to directly deal with Honest but Honest technician says that he didn't do anything and denying to compensate it.Please help here. thanks

    I am rejecting this response because it was explained to me that this leak is outside of home which was not correct and clearly i told them that i am not agree on that and never explained to me that it was due to Freeze weather. there was no freezing temperature at all when this leak happened.

    they made the worst leakage and kept it leaking so it damaged dry wall alot. I had to pay $1500 to get this leak fix and drywall fix where as if i had to just fix initial leakage without insurance also then just $200 whereas i have paid $1500.

    This Customer sent me a text message and i was fully informed about the pipe freezing. I uploaded the text message that he sent me on the 4th of June 2024. Showing that he received the report from his insurance company, stating the reason his pipe and his claim was denied. I am the owner and the technician and I do not go out and perform any work on any anyones home without approval from the insurance company. We dont get paid for any work that we do without approval so we dont perform any work. We did not touch or turn on any pipes. We just simply showed the customer where the leak was coming from.

    What this customer failed to mention is theres a shut off valve on the pipe that will not allow any water to come through the pipe. It has to be turned on in order for Water to come through.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not touch and after his inspection in evening i do see flooded so don't know what honest plumber did. Whether he kept open shut off valve or broken something else so that it was flooded.
