    I have an issue with this company. Ive been in a maintenance contract with them for 6 years. I get two service calls a year to check my system. The ** in the spring and Heating in the fall. I called in July or August to set up my fall check-up and was given the date of 9/16, my final fall check-up before the renewal date of 10/01/2024. I declined to sign the paperwork to renew the contract. Im owed two check-ups a year and this is my fall check-up on my 2024 contract. I requested that I no longer need a new contract since Im moving. They called to say they would charge me $55 for the service call. I was paying $15/monthly for a yearly total of $180. Im still owed the fall visit on my ****************************************************************************************** As a loyal customer I wouldve expected more from ******************** Air.

    Air Comfort Service left a voice mail message for Mrs. **** on 9/20/24 to let her know that she will not be charged for the visit on 9/16/24.  We also sent an email stating the same.  Hopefully this will resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction. Thank you

    This company hooked up my system incorrectly. They didn't tell me I had to pay extra money to get the system working correctly. I am still having issues with the system and my heat is not working. I contact the company and they say they'll call back. They have been paid $23000. I would like the system working.

    I contacted Ms. ******* and sent a technician to her home to evaluate the system.  The system is currently working correctly and all issues have been resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Thank You
