I had an appt on4/22 and I was late. I asked if I could be seen. I tried to call to tell the. I asked if they could still see me. Nurse said they would take me. They said they would notate i was late. I asked if I would be treated as a walk-in because I came late. She said no. Someone told me I was being rude. I got a call from the office saying to call them back. I tried to contact them. multiple times. I spoke to ******* eventually.Business Response

As acknowledged in the above complaint; I have personally reached out and spoken with this patient already in order to try to come to a mutual resolution. She proceeded to threaten a staff member stating "she will come up here' if ************ won't call her back.Customer Answer

It is not true what they are saying. The same day I called BBB to make the report, I explained that they were saying they were going to call the police on me because I asked to speak with the doctor. They refused to give him the message to call me. I told one of the assistant's that if she does not give the message to the doctor because I wanted to talk to him personally that I will come up there personally to talk to him. They lied to the person giving my infusion that day and they lied to me. I asked about me being late, I did not saying anything improper to the rep. I asked if I would be considered a walk in. I never got rude with the receptionist. They decided that they were going to see me, asked about my insurance and would I be seen by the doctor. I was in my seat and not in her face. I spoke to ******* and she gave me my infusion on that day. ******* stated that all the doctors were out of the office at a worker's event. I have a recording on my phone. I did not say I was coming up there to do anything to anyone, no threats were made to them. Why hasn't the doctor reached out to me?Customer Answer

I ***************************** will like for this complaint to be reopened due to the matter of me.. Being tied up and very busy and driving when I receive this message.. & having a lot going on in my life.. at the time I received this message and totally forgot and due to me being in traffic and could not write down the code to respond at that time I totally forgot to get back with a response to the business responding to you all I did not even open up the message to respond regarding the matter of them sending details of my complaints because like I said I was in motion of driving and could not write down the code to look at the message at that time...
And with that being said I thought about it today May the 22nd ********************************************************************************************************************************* with you all so I opened up the message and I read the the information of the complaint but seeing the notification that the complaint has been closed so I read the information that I needed to reach out to you all to give a call regarding this matter explaining why I did not respond in a proper fashion..
I spoke to reception ****** today May 22nd 2024 and she explained to me if I would like for this case to be reopened I need to put it a response of me not responding in a timely fashion and have. To explain why I feel that this matter needs to be reopened and the matter is what I stated in the beginning of this message and have not received any response from ********************* himself because this is his practice not the reception is in the people that has been playing on the phone not relating the message for him to talk to me personally about this matter of me being lied on by his assistance I have made a grievance complaint to my insurance company regarding this matter twice of a grievance against this company the arthritis center I have not received the response from anyone from the insurance claim complaint but I have gave more details to ****** and you all's company regarding the response of the business and I feel this matter needs to be still addressed by myself and *********************.. because I have this business on a recording.. due to this matter and also I would like for the doctor personally or his person behind him to respond to this matter to me directly by a face-to-face communication or over the phone so I can explain to him about his assistance that he has working for him lying on me as his patient and also would like to know why he hasn't reached out to me personally to look into this matter about his staffing one they told me that no management was on duty on this day of April 22nd ***************************************************************************** manager of his but refuse to relate messages to him to reach out to me I was told I was receiving a letter of exiting not being accepted to this practice anymore I have not they have my information being updated to the proper information but have not sent me any letter of me not being able to see my ******************************* the lies of this company is really roaring the business and I will move forward of putting in a grievance regarding this practice all I will like for him ********************* personally to reach out to me to resolve and hear me out regarding these matters I was giving another appointment for **** for my installation so if I was being rude and threatening anyone from this company why was I receiving it another appointment it's not making sense and I did have a witness with me this day and ******* and the infusion center explain to me that no management was on duty the day of this situation and the business should be able to present the audio tape of this visit and the investigation of these phone calls should be submitted to the Better Business Bureau as well
I've being in a situation from no business practice ever in my life like this.. they know that they are wrong and playing on the phone. And lying on me big time as a patient.. And I will be moving forward with attorney generals complaint as well...
But like for the better Business Bureau to really open back up this case of this matter and it needs to be advertised about how ********************* office is running business.. And should be held accountable for malpractice ..

Given an appt for June 5th at 11. My case worker took me to my appointment since I never got any correspondence from the location. The receptionist looked in the computer and told me they canceled my appointment. I was not aware, I did not get anything regarding it. The assistants are giving me a run around and making me not able to see the doctor. They talked to the infusion supervisor person and they came back saying to me and my case manager if we don't leave they would call the police. I asked why I couldn't speak to the doctor, and I was told I simply cannot. As a result my appointments have been canceled without ever speaking to the doctor.Business Response

On April 10th, ************************************************** my office, on April 15th she was mailed a dismissal letter from our practice stating she will need to place herself under the care of another Rheumatologist and 30 days of prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. On June 5th, 2024 this patient showed up to our office mistakenly thinking she had her next infusion therapy scheduled for today but it was cancelled when she was discharged from the practice on April 15th. She stood in our lobby on June 5th demanding to see and speak to ***********, advised ******************* the practice manager of the situation and the patient was handed the dismissal letter and told she is no longer a patient here and if she does not leave our office we will call the police as she has placed threats to employees in the past. The documents provided are the dismissal letter that was mailed and patient chart log notes from multiple occasions, we do not have a ****** that works for this office as we have a therapy DOG name Bunny, not a receptionist. This patient remains discharged from our practice and will not eligible for any conversations or visits with the providers at The Arthritis Center.Customer Answer

Lies lies lies I had a witness on June 5th the appointment that I was giving by the office of my effusion on the last day of April the 22nd I was never submitted any documents from this office by mail or hand when I went in for my appointment I had a witness and ***** Dr *** one of her his nurses and another young lady escorted me and my witness to the hallway of the arthritis center threatening me that they were going to call the police because I came in for an appointment that I was given on a court for my next infusion this office should be responsible of submitting videos regarding this matter I stood patiently in the lobby showing up of my appointment time being on time and checked in at the front desk and one of the receptionist look my information up on the computer and told me that my appointment was canceled and I said I never received any documents or phone call about my appointment being canceled so this office is lying I tried to be wait patiently for that reception to come back from the area where I received my infusion I did see Dr *** standing there but I was not going to be rude and ****** over the counter to get his attention I never caused any problems in this facility I think that they should be responsible of submitting telephone calls and audio tapes videotapes regarding these matters I have reached out to the Attorney general's office and several other facilities to complain I have complained to the insurance company to file a grievance several occasions and now I have submitted this complaint further matters of privacy practice.. and I will do so further and reaching out to submit complaints regarding Dr *** office Dr ********** is not aware of his staffing handling his business but that looks bad on his practice allowing his nurses to lie on his patients so I will move further with this investigation much further than just the Better Business Bureau ***** Dr *** nurse did not hand me any paperwork threatened me that she was going to call the police in front of my witness I have a witness that was there after I was threatened about the police me and my witness left willingly with no problems but I have not received any dismissal paperwork at all to my address that they have on file and this is all a bunch of lies that his office and his staffing is submitting to you all as a business so I will move forward and continue to do what I need to do about this business practice because they are very in compliance and submitting many lies I will have the document in hand if they submitted anything to me in person or in mail I have not received any documents and if I did I will submit the copy to you all so if this practice has my information in there database I would have received they have not given me any discharge papers of this facility so this practice of business is being very unprofessional and I feel this is a discrimination to myself so I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit regarding these matters as well..
And they should be submitting to you all about the statement that they said they handed to me because if it was mailed and handed to me in person I would have it so please have them submit the documents that they are lying about the video tape of me coming into the practice and phone calls should be submitted as well because they are... Not being truthful and no type form or fashion..
And if I was doing any thing that they stated that I did in the business practice why was I giving another card for another appointment after my infusion was finished in April let it make sense that's why I showed up for my next appointment.. by ******* in the infusion Department and why are there refusing to relate this issue too the doctor this is his practice not the nurses but it shows very much lack of the business..
