    I contracted for lawn service in March 2023 to include application of organic fertilizer, liquid compost, and aeration. I received one application of fertilizer April 12, 2023. They are not responding to my email nor returning phone calls. I left message with an answering service.

    In May 2023 I bought a year of lawn service with them prepaid for a year in the amount of ****** dollars.  I sent a check and he cashed it.  He did one application to our lawn at the end of May.  Since then we have not been able to get a hold of him.  He has not provided any type of service to our yard since then. Our emails are being bounced back and all of our calls go straight to voicemail.  I have noticed on his website lawncomo.com that he is still active and still providing services to others.   I called the city of Columbia and they said he hasn't had a business license since 2021.  We should have had at least 4 applications to our yard and we have had only one since we paid him in May.

    We have been customers of The Lawn Company for many years. We prepay for services at the beginning of each year for services throughout the year. This year, we had a hard time initially getting in touch with them, but we paid them on April 3, 2023 for this year. We have the canceled check receipt from our bank. They performed one service call on April 26, 2023 that amounted to $254.60. Usually, services are performed regularly each month. After not hearing from them for 3 or 4 months, I attempted to email, call, and left voice messages. The emails have bounced back, and none of my calls have been returned. I wanted the services to be completed, but since they haven't responded or completed the services, I now want a refund for the balance of the amount we paid.

    We contracted with the lawn company, paying them a little over $500, it was a preseason special, there were a series of services they were supposed to perform, only 2 of the services were performed on April 26, 2023. Since then they were supposed to perform other services and we have not heard from them. We left 3 or 4 messages and have not had any response from them, sent a letter to the address and no reply to this. We paid them $519.65 on April 10, 2023 for their services.

    We would like to know if they are still in business, if so, we would like for them to finish the job and if they are not still in business, we would like a refund.
