    This company manufactures and delivers the items that I sell on Etsy. In March of this year they stopped fulfilling orders, at which time I contacted them by email and received the following reply:"At this time all production at Icon has been put on hold as we are going through a reorganization of our Ecommerce business. All production and shipping staff have been sent home until further notice. I have cancelled all open orders for your account and will have accounting refund your card on file. Thank you. *****." That was on March 8th. I immediately replied, asking when did they expect to be fulfilling orders again, to which ***** replied on March 9th as follows: "We are shooting for the end of March. *****".Now, in June, not only is the company still not fulfilling any orders but they continue to charge me the monthly $9.99 subscription fee for their services, despite the fact that they have not provided any services for months. When I log on to their platform, their system no longer allows me to see my account details but instead displays an error message so I am unable to cancel the account or even to remove my payment methods. The monthly fee that they continue to charge is automatically withdrawn from my banking account, and they charged me twice in March. So far they have charged me on the following dates this year: 1/25, 2/27, 3/1, 3/27, 4/25, 5/25. They no longer reply to emails, nor do they respond to tickets that I've created on their website, nor do they answer their phone, nor do they reply to voice messages left at their phone number. I wish merely that: 1/ they stop charging me the monthly $9.99 fee, 2/ they refund all the monthly fees that they have gotten from me during these past months when they have not fulfilled any orders, and 3/ that they cancel my account, since I am not allowed to do so myself when logging in on their platform. Many other sellers on Etsy have also experienced the same problems with this company, starting in late 2022.
