I bought a brand new truck back in February of 23 started having issues with the tires had a blow out at 300 miles the service manager at the time **** was not very helpful they didnt want to replace the tire at first than want and talked to *********** ************************* which took care of that , than I strarted having vibration issues around 500 miles and they rebalanced the tires multiple times still got no where with that final got the new service manager ***** to tell me the tires need to be replaced on the the truck after the truck was there to get some front suspension parts fixed thats the reason for the vibration so I file a claim with **** customer care because I have been fighting the vibration issue since the day I bought the truck so they get a hold of they service depart and talk to ***** and he tell them my truck drives a lot of gravel roads and not well taking care of which my truck has never been on a gravel road so ultimately this dealer service department is unable to diagnose a simple tire issue and get it replaced under the **** ****** mile tire warranty which covers full replacement no Im getting a prorated price because Im pass the ****** mile time frame which they have been dealing with since the day I picked it up , have supporting documentation if needed thanks
