    I am a caregiver for CDS clients through At Home Care ********, and I have experienced ongoing and deeply concerning issues with this companys payroll ************ June 2025, the company mistakenly deposited over $12,000 into my personal account. I was asked by the owner, ******** ******, to return the funds via Cash App in three installments of $4,000 and a fourth for $89 which I did in full.Since that time, I have frequently gone 2 to 3 weeks at a time without receiving a paycheck. The company provides vague excuses or technical issues but never gives a clear explanation or resolution. As of August 2025, I have still not received full payment for work already completed.Most recently, I was informed via text that no payroll would be issued on August 4, and that all pending payroll will now be released by August 11. These constant delays are unacceptable.Despite not being paid, I have continued to work and care for my clients to ensure they are not left without services even as they now choose to transfer to other providers due to the instability.These actions by At Home Care Missouri are not only unprofessional they are unethical and exploitative. I strongly caution others from working for or doing business with this agency until they resolve their payroll and management issues.
