            While Austin is good at cabinetry, he does not always do what he says he will do. We have had continuous delays, many when Austin would promise to do something next week, only to have him not show up for weeks. We signed our agreement last October and the job is still not complete, 10 months later. We have also had scope of work issues when Austin may promise to do something, and then deny that promise later on. Even though he does good work, we would not recommend Austin to our neighbors or friends.

            While this customer did sign an agreement back in October, he was told that I couldn’t get started on the job until a few months later which at the time he understood. There have been only two delays during the job. The first delay was the countertops which had to be installed before the rest of the cabinets could be installed. The second delay was my painters which was delayed by only a couple weeks. This is all going on during a time where orders are backed up and things are hard to get in during a timeframe we have been used to. The job has been completed for over a month and I still haven’t been paid in full. The customers post was made on the exact day that he was told I wasn’t going to install so trim pieces that he added on for free. So I’m assuming he’s a little bitter over the situation since I don’t work for free. He’s been like this even while I was working on getting him free estimate and designs. Would not recommend doing any work for this guy. 0/10
