      Pods did not fulfill the order I paid them for, and after multiple phone calls, ended up charging me double what I had agreed to pay even though they never did what I paid them to do. After I complained, they added a third bogus charge and are now demanding I pay it. They try to add fraudulent charges every time you call their "service" department, and then lie and say they won't change the price. Fraudulent billing practices.

      From what I can see in the accounting notes you actually owe us money. Your account was set up wrong. You had it set for a storage center move, Where you actually had us pick it up as a onsite . Thats 2 completely different pricing structures. You had the pod for 2 months so thats 2 months rent plus the original delivery charge, plus final pickup charge. I usually do not handle accounting. I do the operations side of the business. Unless I'm missing something, judging from wat I can see in your account you owe us $63.70 Probably from the final pick up transportation charge. If your willing to accept that i'll get a hold of accounting and make the charge go away. If there information im missing let me know. 

      I'd also recommend getting a hold of **** *** ** *** in Pods accounting. ****************

      I hit send on the reply  before i was ready .... How about I give you the benefit of the doubt that you would of had it unloaded by your anniversary date and refund you $209 and I'll also have thenj wipe off the final pick up fee of the $62.30 it says you owe to help make up for the inconvenience. Your move is definitely not typical and I hate to see it play out the way it did.
