    My **** *** was hacked. I asked if she could come and pick up the rent and she refused. She told me she was the property manager but I found out that she's the owner. She's not fixing anything. The windows let air in. I gave a list of repairs to my case worker and they sent it to them. They said that they would take any repairs out of my deposit. The furnace isn't working properly; it blows out cool air. The thermostat has been replaced; it didn't work much better now. I had to leave the apartment for two days and when I came back the temperature was 50 degrees. I pay a percentage of my rent. She told me to get out but she won't sigh the papers.

    I am sorry your **** *** was hacked. However, our property manger cannot collect rent from tenants. You must **** *** your payment directly to the company or mail it to the PO Box stated in your contract.

    As stated in your contact, all correspondence (and payments) should be mailed to ** *** ******* ******** ** *****. In the future, correspondence or complaints not mailed to our PO Box will not receive a response.

    The LLC I created, Touchstone Properties LLC, owns the property and has multiple members. ****** ****** does not own the property. ****** ****** cannot unilaterally decide to cancel your lease. She will sign only what she is authorized to sign.

    The required repairs were made, and your unit passed the Housing Authority’s inspection. No monies from your deposit were used for these repairs.

    Your rent portion for February has not been received. It is late. Please immediately **** *** or mail to our PO Box your rent with a $50 late fee for rent not received by the 5th as specified by your contract.
