      I made a consultation for Yahki awaknd for November 2023. They canceled that consultation. I was supposed to do a live in March 2024 He didnt show up. Ever since of March 2024 I have talked to Brother *******. A guy named nandi, they assured me they would give me my refund. Now they are just ignoring me. It has been over a year and four months. I think I deserve double my money back because they literally stole-from me. They offered a service I paid for it and then now they dont wanna give me my refund because they have not provided that service. They had no issue taking the money, but then they have an issue of returning the money for providing something they did not do. I have contacted the company multiple times. I have every email in every message that Ive been sent, but there has still been no action taken.

      10/16/2024 - I paid for a video consultation.10/22/2024 - I emailed the company asking about the status of the consultation and advising them that I was unable to access the consultation portal any longer.10/23/2024 - I received an email back from the company advising that the consultation website was down and was expected to be back up in a week or so.11/20/2024 - I contacted the company again advising that I was able to get in the consultation portal again, but it still would not allow me to request a consultation date. I requested a full refund.11/20/2024 - I received the following message from the company - "Even though you were able to log into the consultation system. You will not be able to set up a consultation because the system is not working."11/20/2024 - I responded to the company reiterating my request for a full refund for services never rendered.11/21/2024 - *********** responded back (reads in part) - "I will forward your request for the refund. Once approved you will receive a email with the confirmation for the refunded amount."11/25/2024 - I received an email from another individual at the company asking me when was my appointment and why I no longer wanted it.11/26/2024 - I responded back advising that I never received an appointment date and that I wanted a refund because I paid for the service 6 weeks prior and never received a date.11/26/2024 - *********** responded back asking for a phone number to reach me.11/27/2024 - I responded back with a contact phone number and advised that the refund can be processed through ******, which was the initial payment ************ of the time and date of this complaint, I have not received a refund, nor a call from the company.

      On October 16, 2024 I paid $1,200 for a telehealth consultancy for my sister who was diagnosed with stage 4 Lung Cancer. At first I tried to get a lead time if I purchased the Geo Genetic ****************** 2. I was informed by the company that she needs to complete a consult before we can placed the order. So we went ahead and paid for the consult. Once payment was submitted the system showed an appointment for the following day (October 17, 2024 at noon). I have waited and still no consult and no information on when the appointment will be. I have sent 3 emails and left voicemails with no response. My sister have also sent 3 emails no response. At this point I just need my money back because this seems to be some shady business.

      Understandable, I wanted to reach out to you all personally to first apologize for the mishap on or end. The consultation website had shut down a few weeks ago and we have been attempting to rectify the issue with getting clients rescheduled and reaching out because we no longer had access to the consultation emails. If you can send me your number so that we can better assist you all that will be great or email us at ********************************** As of today we have issued the refund back to the account that the consultation was purchased.

      In July of 2023, I paid Yahki $750 for a consultation which never took place. Yahki said his schedule is too hectic and will be refunding consultation fees, it's as simple as that. I'm still waiting for my refund.

      I placed an order for the lymphatic sweep tonic (order #*******) from this company on February 28th, 2024. The website indicated that the order would arrive within 6-8 weeks. However, as of June 13th, 2024, I have yet to receive my order. Despite reaching out to them multiple times via email, I've only received a response from Bro *******, the Client Support Specialist, assuring me that my order would be shipped soon. After expressing my frustration, I requested a refund, but I have not received the promised refund email or my refund. I have been patient, but at this point, I simply want a refund.

      We can confirm for this order we are currently pending payment from the consumer. The most likely cause *** come from their financial institution holding the funds (we see this from time to time). We recommend following up with said institution to make sure of any and all issues that *** be needed to resolve.

      I placed an order on March 3, 2024. I bought to bundles plus some vitamins. I called, emailed and left messages. I never received a response. I finally sent email requesting for a refund at the end of May. I received my order May 30, 2024.After receiving my order, I noticed there was something missing from one of my bundles. I called and left several messages within the 3 day window. I emailed as well. I still haven't received any response from them.

      One the 25th of may I purchased CardioTonic Powder and Bitter Mineral Tonic Kit from yahki awakened website for the amount of $190 and For an extra $49.41 I chose the next day air saver as option. Totaling $239.41 I havent received the items nor did anyone responded to my calls I just want my money back at this point and they dont do refunds.

      Hi, Im diabetic, and having serious issues with the fluctuation of high glucose levels I reach out to the Herbal Doctor fundamental. I was unable to make a purchase from the listing he had online, so I DMM for advice as to which product was suitable for my health issue, so he responded said he would create a formula for me equal to the price, and I paid then he message me to indicate that I had to pay my own shipping fee. I said to him that is highly unethical and unprofessional. I have never experienced that before and I was on informed of that before sending the money for the product so I asked him to cancel the order and return my money to which blood to refuse to refund me, he offered to cancel half the fee because of lack of information and I would only have to pay half the shipping fee which I did and he text me again claiming that I misunderstood so I reiterated a cancellation again on the refund to which he bluntly refuse to refund me even though I have expressed in every capacity, I do not have any more money I have made a huge sacrifice just to attain this product. Then he said send it to his secretary via **** so I can have it in within 3 to 4 days. A very sad day. I just came out of the hospital and was very desperate so I sent it a direct flight came in for me with the payment for the shipping, he sent me a different contact to ****.

      This individual was scammed by an impersonator of our company. We posted many videos and social media threads warning people not fall for scammers that copy our products and create fake social media pages. Unfortunately this customer was a victim of one of those fake pages. We only allow purchases through our website, rather it be for products or a consultation.

      I ordered a product March the 8th. As of May 26th I have not received it. Every time I write them on instagram, they ask what my irder junber is and never respond. They also have not responded to any if my emails

      I purchased 3 items from third business on March 7th 2024. They promised that orders will be received in 4-6 weeks. At the 6 week ***** I get an email from the company stating that it's been 6 weeks and please be patient, order is being expedited and should arrive soon. Week 8 I emailed for an update. They respond saying they are waiting on 1 ingredient to complete the order, once it arrives it will then be ships. They offered to ship 1 other item I ordered out of the 3 but I said I would prefer to wait on the whole order. I no longer responded after the last email message on may 3rd 2024 that I sent out. It has been almost 3 months and still nothing. Now it seems like a sort of scam to get people to forget they ordered and take their money.
