      I won a free gift for an electric screwdriver and only had to pay for the shipping. I paid it and I did receive the tool and it's fine. My issue with this company is that they do not make it clear to you that once you purchase you are then subscribed to their service. What the service is or does it still not known to me. I only found out about this by happenstance when looking at my card statement and noticed a charge for something I didn't recognize. So for the past 7 months they have been charging my card appropriately $67 every month. I never received anything from them for this charge. No services or products. Beware of this company. They are deceitful and unethical. I still have no way to get in contact with them for cancellation and reimbursement. I may have to cancel this card and obtain a new one in order to avoid future charges from them. I'm glad I found out. I hope this review is helpful to others who have been scammed or were about to be. If I figure out how to cancel this or if I am able to solve and end this account charge and or am successful in obtaining any reimbursement, then I will post an update to this post.

      I have been a customer since May 8 1972 when I became an apprentice in construction trades bought all my tools there was very happy. Since then they have become very hard to deal with I had bought a piece of plywood and had cuts made. Some time later I bought back same piece of plywood for two additional cuts they not only didn’t cut sent me on a wild goose chase to another location that wasn’t any help either. I had been making weekly purchases and am probably one of their best customers! I finally
      went to Home Depot and they did what I wanted in about five minutes or less. I have a $10
      certificate that I won’t use. In my opinion their lumber service has much to be desired.
