    I moved into the *************** and Town Homes March 2022. While doing the walk through I advised Leasing staff and Maintenance that my dishwasher was broken. Sent pictures to Leasing as proof. I was advised someone from the Maintenance team will be out to fix it . Fast forward to now. I submitted work order in April 2024. Maintenance shows up at my door August 2024 advised me the dishwasher is broken and needs to be replaced. Maintenance guy stated he was going to get the new dishwasher and he would return back with it to fix ******. Maintenance guy NEVER CANE BACK marked the work order as completed which was a complete LIE! I have contacted maintenance line multiple times to follow up on this issue. I was advised the issue would be escalated. Received a text from Leasing staff last night advising someone from maintenance will be out to my unit the follow day. Next day ( 9.12.24) maintenance shows up at 12:30pm looks at the dishwasher for 2 seconds advising me he has to go get new dishwasher) which Ive already heard before . Its been hours since maintenance has return. I have contacted leasing office regarding my dishwasher holding brown unsanitary water, foul order and gnat infestation due to this issue. Leasing and Maintenance team continuously giving me the run around as if they are going to fix the issue. Its is not September 2024 and they have yet to fix this problem. They refuse to give a ETA on when the issue will be resolved.

    I did make a work order for my plumbing issue on June 5th. Someone came out on June 10 and completed part of the problem by putting a wax ring on the toilet. As it went on, I never received any response to take care of other things. Someone said they would have to reach out to another plumber but nothing happened. I had to leave the apartment because of the problems. I was never notified a plumber was going to come the next day. I have still not heard from anyone about these issues. I put in a request with my apartment complex and they said they were not able to reach me but that isn&#**;t true because no one contacted me by phone or email. I would like my plumbing repairs to be taken care of and other issues with my apartment.

    I am receiving a bill for a balance that I was told by the property manager at the time to not worry about because it would be filed through my EPremim insurance. This is regarding a property I lived at 2 YEARS AGO AND AM NOW GETTING A LETTET TALKING ABOIT A BALANCE AT A PLACE THAT FLOODED TWICE IN THE BASEMENT. I have no idea why I am getting a letter about a unpaid blackened when I havent lived there in over two years and plus management told me to not worry about it because they would file it through an rental insurance company that they used at the time that paid for my deposit. The are scamming and trying to get more money out of me when they should be filing a liability claim through the epremiun insurance I had at the time. Please remove this fraudulent balance off my credit.

    I moved into the Groves Townhomes and apartments in February of 2023 from the start I started having problems with the office manager and maintenance, first I had no air conditioning for August and September, I complained to office staff, maintenance and supervisor plus sending emails to the owners of the property which is RBM Management, no such luck I kept complaining so much that they called the police on me for cursing and arguing with staff. They kept saying it was a part that they was waiting on, I finally had to call the electric company to say I had a power outage, and it was turned back on. Finally manager said she would give me a $500 credit towards my rent which I never got. They then tried to evict me saying I was disturbing the other tenants because I had to put my freezer in the hallway so my food wouldn't go bad, so then they said it was a fire safety. They sent me a letter to vacate and stop paying rent, but now they are charging me for not paying rent. It just doesn't make sense. So I'm wanting my security deposit plus the 500 promised yo me, verbal agreement. And also pain and suffering, because they have listed this on my credit report, that I'm asking to be removed.

    I move out on the seven of January and my daughter went back over there for me on the nine of January to do the walk though and turn the keys. And when I inquire about receiving my deposit back they was tell me that I had to prorate rent my lease is up on 12 January. And they was said that I stay to the fourteen

    I resigned my lease in 2022 and there was no information in the lease indicating that the water/sewer/trash bill would double. I paid my rent in January and February. I paid my rent in March and I asked why the bill for water $135.00 which includes water, sewer, and trash. I spoke with someone by the name *********. she stated that she did not know, and that everyone is complaining and she does not know what is going on. I live alone and I am a senior. I have my receipts from January and February. The amount for my water sewer and trash has been different each month. Once upon a time they would charge each building divided the tenants, and that would be the amount the tenant would have to pay. Now, some people could be living with 5 or more people. They went from that to this. I would like for bill not to be doubled.

    My apartment is not livable. I have two bathrooms. You can not flush either toilet, because it will overflow. the maintenance man snaked the toilet the first time and a second time. the toilet overflowed both times. He never fixed the water pressure to the toilet. So, then I called again he comes again. He comes for the toilet and the refrigerator. he informed me that he needed to get a special tool to adjust the water pressure, and he stated that he needed to see if they had a extra water pump for the refrigerator. he came back the next day. he moved everything off the refrigerator and I am guessing the water pump didn&#**;t work for the refrigerator, because when I got home everything was off the refrigerator and the refrigerator was still not working. The next day he never touched the toilet. They replaced the refrigerator. I have called everyday to speak with the property manager. They inform me that she is not there or she is in a meeting, She never returns my calls. My house smells like a sewer. I called the leasing office and I was informed they do not have maintenance men and the ones they have get 75 tickets a piece and they work in order. I have been dealing with this toilet situation for a month. I requesting a refund for the food I lost for my refrigerator not working in the amount of $427.94.

    After investigation of her ticket, it was found that the resident called in the ticket on 01/15/2023. The fridge had a compressor leak which allowed the refrigerant to leak out and her 'freezer" to go out. Maintenance responded two days later with a new fridge for the resident. The resident made the choice to throw away her food. The resident was explained the policy and procedure for concessions. The approval is not made onsite, and she would have to wait until a decision is given. Regarding the plumbing. We have had certified plumbers come to her home to investigate and they did not find any issues that they could not fix. After cabling her lines, they stated everything is working correctly. Invoice is attached for proof. At this time her lease is up 02/05/2023 and she will be allowed to move out. If approved, her concession can be used to cover part of the balance that is left on her account currently. If she wishes to transfer, based off of our transfer policy, she can reapply and if qualified we can transfer once the new apartment is ready.

    I've contacted the office by email. My complaint is that I'm being charged a service fee for something I'm not receiving. They stop using *** ****** last December. Since then the fees are still being added. I emailed in August requesting that the fees stop. I was told that tenants are receiving electronic statements. I never received any billing statement since they stop using *** ******. Each tenant are being told something different per reviewing, of the complaints. I wish to received credit for the entire amount.

    Yes, we stopped using *** ****** (*** *****). They were responsible for providing the rental statements to the resident. We are using another company who does the same. The only difference is that they do not mail a copy they only email. If a resident would like a printed copy, they have to come to the office. The statement fee is resident responsibility.

    They have not sent out the monthly statements for the rent. The statements include the water, sewer and trash bills. I call and then they tell me to just pay the same amount from last month. I don't know how much the water, sewer and trash bills are. They won't tell me what the amounts are. They are also not honoring maintenance requests. I put in a request months ago and they have not come out to so anything. It's been raining in my bedroom for two years. My ceiling is brown with rain spots. They said they have bids out with contractors, but it doesn't take a year to get them.

    Good afternoon,

    We were in the process of changing utility billing services for water, sewer and trash. During this transition, there was a notice sent to each resident to notify them that there would be a delay in the charges appearing on their account. We also explained that charges would be due upon receipt but, late charges would not hit as a result of the utility billing. We told residents to refrain from having to pay multiple bills the following month, they could pay what they typically average each month, or pay what they paid the month prior in utility billing with their rent. If an overpayment was made it would issue them a credit. If they paid under, they would be notified. Residents are always welcome to come pick up a copy of the ledger for verification purposes.

    Moved into this complex 2 months ago. Upon walk through prior to signing my lease I ask landlord to fix crack in living ceiling . Landlord never fixed issue. Since was not fixed living ceiling is falling in due to rain and water damage from roof of building . Black mold is starting to grow out ceiling . Called landlord, No Answer. Went to leasing building and was told it will be a while before any Maintenance will get to the issue. I’m not able to utilize my living room area . Carpet is wet and gnats are starting to come in my home . I’ve asked my leasing office multiple times to fix issue but they refuse .

    I am rejecting this response because: that is a false statement. Maintenance came to my apartment and stud roofers are still working on roof. I ate to him that roofers have not been on my building roof in two weeks. Maintenance cut a small hole in my ceiling and told me it was nothing more he couple do.

    Issue has NOT been resolved. Maintenance stats he would come back to my apartment Friday 9/10. He never came. Waited for him to come Monday 9/12, he did not show. Thank called Leasing office today 9/13 and spoke to ** ***. ** *** stud she will let Maintenance know. Asked if I will be home to let maintenance in. I stets to her yes. ** *** then stud maintenance has me in a “List. I stud to ** *** Smell from ceiling is foul and needs to be repaired. Maintenance did not show up today either 9/13. I’ve attached pictures for proof .
