5 starsI Love 1st Phorm products and the customer service that goes beyond my expectations of caring and being helpful. My son got me started on trying some of his products like the protein drinks, beef sticks and the healthier version of energy drinks. My husband and I are both using and reordering 1st Phorm products and they have such a variety and apparel. 1st Phorm is popping up everywhere I turn to and that makes me happy. I go to a local drive up drink place and I can order a 1st Phorm protein shake (Chocolate & Salted Carmel) blended with ice. That’s my healthy treat and meal replacement when I want. 5 starsThe absolute best customer service!! I have ran into a few issues with the shipment company's (****, *****, ***, etc) as one does and 1st Phorm never lets me down!! One occasion I had an overnight shipment that I paid extra for that did not arrive overnight. 1st Phorm refunded my account for the shipment cost and had the courteous to provide a $15 gift card. The most recent occasion was *** returning my package after 1 attempt. I have a new address and it displays differently everywhere I order from and is usually a challenge. *** returned my package to 1st Phorm on Monday and I called *** only to be redirected to 1st Phorm. I called 1 Phorm and in under 3 minutes, they verified it was being returned, created a new shipment, updated my address, and emailed a tracking number for the new package within minutes. Truly amazing!! I really hope 1st Phorm never stops with the *** quality, handwritten notes, and overall an amazing experience. Will. Never. Stop. Being. A. 1st Phorm. Customer. <31st Phorm

1 starI have a laundry list of complaints about 1st Phorm and their dishonest business practices. The list is so long I'll actually be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in addition to submitting this review. If you're reading this because you're not sure weather or not to purchase from 1st Phorm I cannot recommend enough to stay away and spend your money else where.1st Phorm is like many companies in the fitness space in that they prey on people's insecurities, make false promises, and then point the finger at you, the hardworking customer, for their own actions. The products themselves weather it be the 1st Phorm app, the supplements, or their clothing is decent but its nothing special. There's a gazillion fitness brands and most of them just sell products without making claims. 1st Phorm has made several claims about their products that are blatantly false. As a personal trainer, all you need is a quality protein powder and maybe creatine. Instead of being honest about this, 1st Phorm makes claims that you need all of their products to fit and healthy, which isn't true. The 1st Phorm app is horrific too. Everyone else seems to have pointed out how difficult the app is to use. The coaches in the app also are not very helpful. Everything they tell you is part of the group think mentality of 1st Phorm. Also, I didn't want to lose weight but my advisor didn't listen to that and I haven't logged into the app after using it for a year. They claim their goal as a business is to help people "get real and long term results" (it isn't). This is just a marketing tactic to get more customers. Let me ask you, if this was actually their goal and thought it was genuine, would I be spending my time writing a complaint? No I would not.Some of the other reviews here have discussed the false advertising of the Legionnaire program, which is an MLM designed to make you pay money to 1st Phorm every month. The features of the program were also taken away with no adjustment1st Phorm

2 starsI signed up 6 days ago and got familiar with the app and how it worked. I started the program on my own 4 days ago. The app is glitchy at best. I lost my daily checklist, it dropped my macros ********************************************************************************** I didnt reach out to my assigned coach either but 3 days ago I did with questions about these app issues. The next day I got what appeared to be a canned welcome video asking a bunch of questions (which I had already responded to in my weekly assessment). I replied anyway. That was 2 days ago and still nothing from this assigned coach. The price for the program is great and Ive actually liked the workouts (which also swap on my daily and I keep having to restart the one I want) but if you expect any sort of support, macro help etc it Id steer clear of this and go with something else.1st Phorm

5 starsI am in love with 1st Phorm. Unfortunately for my wallet, I keep finding more items to add to my subscriptions lol. These are some of the best products you will be able to find on the market. And their **************** (as evidenced by them responding to every one of these 32 reviews) is on par with ******* I've been a customer for years and have NEVER had any issues with their service, products or customer service. I once received a wrong product, called their support line and was immediately connected with a life agent who took swift action to get the correct product shipped and was very apologetic. He even told me to just keep the wrong product I was sent. These people care about their business, like their business and are good at their business. I am grateful for their team and products.1st Phorm

5 stars1st Phorm has set the gold standard in protein powder taste and texture, as well their customer service. I've ordered a ton of products since learning about this company and while I haven't liked or kept all of them, I have to hand it to their customer service for making returns as easy and painless as possible. The Phormula-one is the best protein powder I've ever tried- the Red Velvet is my absolute favorite and I love that it actually helps me curb sweet cravings because it tastes better than most desserts. I've tried the Chocolate Marshmallow, and returned it but I honestly think it had more to do with my obsession with the Red Velvet. My super-picky kid also loves their gummy vitamins!I really like the effects of the Opti-Reds and Greens, although the taste isn't palatable for me. I didn't like the Magnesium powder nor did I like the Core-21 product but they made it super easy to send back products I didn't like. Their free t-shirts are the best! I wish they sold them because I would absolutely buy them!! After I told them that, they sent me a free sports bra, shaker cup, and more recently, a long-sleeved shirt (retails for $55) and tshirt. The company puts in the effort to retain its customers, which is nice in a time where it seems like customer satisfaction is an after thought for most others.1st Phorm
