    This company installed siding incorrectly and is causing water damage to my home. I have contacted them several times and this company and its representatives make promises but cannot fix the error. As a homeowner I spent a lot of money and created a major problem.I have sent this company pictures and met with their quality control team they cannot seem to fix the problem. I have to hire a different company to fix the errors and redo the erroneous wrong installation of siding. I am requesting a full and complete refund of the money I spent with this company.

     I have called and emailed the company twice and have not heard back. I would like the complaint reopened, nothing has been resolved.

    01/03/2025 KH: Called Mr. ******** no response, left a message on vm.

    01/07/2025 KH: Mr. ******* returned my call and has stated to me that the business had not returned any of his calls, and have made no attempt to resolve his issue. He says the siding was installed incorrectly and when it rains it gathers water and goes into his basement, and he has also had 3 different companies and a home inspector to come out and was informed that it would need to be removed and done over. He is still requesting a full refund so that he can hire another business to do it correctly and would like to move forward with mediation/arbitration if possible.

    01/20/25 KH: Called the business, no response, left another vm, will be sending an email in the next few days if my call is not returned.

    01/28/25 KH: Have not received a callback from the business, I have sent an email to the complaint handler on file.

    2/5/2025 KH: Business still has not responded to vm or email.

    4/25/2025 KH: **** ***** called to check to see if we received the **** he also stated that they have everything documented, and that they have been willing to assist and fix the things the consumer has issues with, however they cannot control any water that would run down the side of the house when it rains.

    I am not sure if this process is helping me, 'the consumer. 
    This was started several months ago with no result.
    I am considering not moving forward with BBB arbitration process if there is no resolution in the next 2 weeks.

    I have information from contractors who have confirmed that the reason I am experiencing water going into the basement is because this company installed the siding incorrectly.
    They used J- channel instead os starter strips. This causes water to collect and divert it to the foundation wall and thus into the basement. 
    To fix this the siding has to be taken down and reinstalled. This is why I am asking for a full refund.
    This refund is not going to cover all the expenses have incurred to fix the water damage to the finished basement or the reinstall at todays pricing levels.
    I can only plead my case with the arbitrator for financial relief to make this right.
