    All food purchased was burnt, besides rice. Egg roll was black from being so over cooked, crab Rangoon was hard and burnt, chicken was so hard it sounded like a rock on the counter and the inside looked like jerky consistency. We called the restaurant to advise of these concerns. She started the cook was making mistakes and they had received other calls about burnt food. I was told we could bring the food back and they would remake it or give us a partial credit for next time. I let them know we are unable to come back as it is a 20 minutes drive and we have to be somewhere and after this experience, there will not be a next time. She asked me to hold while she discussed with the manager. When she got back on the line she stated if even one bite of food was taken, we would not get anything to fix this problem. I said this is not acceptable and asked if there were any other options. She then got the manager on the line who answered “what do you want?” I explained everything again and he stated he would not do anything to fix this as we didn’t want to come back up there and he hung up on me. I then called back and told him this is not how you handle customers and he laughed and began to curse. I was not given an apology or any sort of respect. He hung up twice, laughed at my complaints and refused to make anything right. The total for the meal was $27.20 and a full refund is needed for this experience.

    The worst food I have possibly ever had in my life. The chicken was extremely burnt and it had a weird uncooked smell like raw chicken Please be advised when eating here could lead to illness The noodles were extremely dry, and extremely horrible to eat Please be careful when eating here
