On 5/18 /25 I ordered a bra from the online vendor **** ****** and was charged $50.40 on my Apple card. I received no receipt. I had to email and ask for my order info. They sent me an order number that doesn't exist and a useless tracking number. I want a full refund asap. Thank you.Customer Answer

I purchased 3 bras from ********************* on 6/21/24. I recieved 2 of the 3 bras on July 2nd. I have sent the company emails and reached out to their message chat which they have online and no response. My credit card has been charged for all 3 bras. Also they claim to be a company in the **, but my bras were shipped from outside the **. Tracking at first was very limited in where it was coming from but when looking up the shipping company they were not in the **. Ordered an item from there online store on 2/8/24 received it on 2/20/24 decided it was not sized correctly. following the vendor return directions i requested a return transaction on 2/22/24. I received an email from vendor approving the return on 2/25/24 with further instructions. The item was shipped per the instructions by way of **** on 2/26/24 I tracked the package and have a record of the package being delivered to the vendor om 3/2/24 The email stated a 7-10 day to receive the refund. I have sent Subsequent follow up emails have been without any response. I have tried to contact them by the advertised phone number and left messages and the recorded message also recommends texting still no response I am foiling this complaint on March 21 2024 more than 10 days beyond the date of the supposed refund.Business Response

November 9, 2023. I ordered two bras from this company. I only placed one order, however, there were two separate amounts taken from my account, equaling the amount for the two items. I never received an order confirmation, however, I did receive the bras. I ordered from this particular company because I only have one hand and its very difficult for me to find undergarments that ergonomically work.. ************ touted about their no hassle returns and that seemed like a good fit for me. The bras did not work out. I immediately started contacting the company yet have not received a reply. Again, I do not have an order number. I have, the **** tracking number and envelope, both unused bras, a screenshot of the dates and amounts that were removed from my checking. I tried to call the company and the phone disconnects me each time. I have emailed through their website, but cannot do a return without the order number. I have reached out to them via ******** messenger as their site requests, several times and have not heard anything back except for the automated response. This is nearly $70 worth of bras. I was originally going to exchange them, but now I just want my money back. It is frustrating to not hear back from the company and I know I am not alone in this.Initial Complaint
