    Initially, I had a UPS My Choice Account where items would be shipped to the Fenton, MO, UPS store. However, for any package that went to this store, I was charged to pick up the package, so I changed my information for all items to go to my physical address. I got a confirmation email the address change was made. It was not made. The package went to the Fenton, MO, UPS store. No one notified me of this, and I assumed after I had changed my delivery address that all packages from UPS would go to my physical address. But, no, it went to the Fenton store instead. Now, they have returned the package to the sender. I called and registered a complaint. All they gave me was the name of the shipper and not their location. The shipper's name is a common one with businesses all across the US. So, now, I have no package, no way to contact the shipper because of the vague information UPS provided. I wish all businesses would use USPS instead of UPS because this has been a total nightmare. I'm not at all happy with their service.

    I'm sorry for this situation but we have no control over these types of packages at our store. We have to strictly follow instructions from *** in regards to Mychoice packages. Please reach out to *** in regards to your account. We are a small, privately owned location. Thanks
