      we are trying to get a resolution to the insurance claim from our move to Colorado. We have been working with ******** ****** and had come to an agreement for items to be paid out, repaired, and requiring third party intervention. Since then, the company has gone silent on us. After repeated phone calls and emails there have been no responses. Since we have an agreement I am not sure what the issue is. We are just looking to finish this transaction and would appreciate help.

      Literally the WORST insurance company EVER. I contacted someone WEEKS ago about getting back to me about my policy that I have with them. I was told to send a follow up email & someone would get back to me. NO ONE EVER DID. Online portal doesn’t work so I can’t make a payment after hours but they cancel my policy for not making a payment before midnight! Then when I call to get help with my online account, there is no one available. ABSOLUTE ******** of an insurance company !

      Correspondence with the insured since May 18, 2021: • On May 18, 2021 a courtesy email was sent to insured stating that account was past due and a notice of cancellation would generate if payment was not made in the amount of $****.00. • On May 20, 2021 our billing system generated a notice of cancellation for each of the four (4) policies, sent via certified mail, and noted above that in accordance with the terms and conditions of state policy, insurance will cease at the hour and date noted on the notice, which was June 4, 2021 at 12:01 AM. o T*********** – amount due on cancel notice is $ 578.00 o T*********** – amount due on cancel notice is $ 256.00 o T*********** – amount due on cancel notice is $ 889.00 o T*********** – amount due on cancel notice is $ 35.00 • On May 26, 2021 the next invoice is generated by Vanliner Insurance Company showing past due of $**** and current installments (9 of 10) due, for a total invoice due of $****. • On May 28, 2021 insured called into Vanliner Insurance Company, spoke with a Billing & Collection representative to discuss the cancellation notices that would be effective at end of the day on June 3, 2021. Payment method could be by check or credit card. The insured state would make payment next week. The was provided information to set-up an account and make a payment online. • On June 1, 2021 the insured called in and made a $*** payment via credit card, and stated he would call in for remainder of cancellation payment the next day (Wednesday) or on Thursday (6/3/2/21) • On June 3, 2021 the insured called in around 5:00 EST stating he would not be he's not able to make payment tonight. He asked what would happen if he made payment tomorrow. Billing & Collection representative explained that once policies cancel, the account would need to be paid up to current amount due ($****… as insured had called in*** payment two days ago) with a no loss letter (if applicable), and then account would go through management review to determine if account would be approved for reinstatement.
