1 starI would never use them again. ******* gave his recommendation for a partial fix for a kitchen stack then a week later I had to call back as I really needed a full stack replacement. After partial stack work was completed, plumber did not tag work for county inspector, so plumber had to come back yet another day to tag. I was left waiting multiple days with a torn apart kitchen waiting for the inspector to return only for Antons to tell me there was poor communication between them and the county and it had passed. A week later they come back to quote me an additional $2,800 on top of what I had just paid for the partial. I had to call and complain to the ** to get the price adjusted to compensate for what I had already paid. Once they came back and completed the full replacement, they stated I was scheduled for the county inspector to come again. The day of inspection I get a text message 30 minutes before the 4 hour window saying they didnt get me scheduled. They reschedule me via text for the next day with the same 4 hour window, inspector never comes. Inspector finally shows on the 3rd attempt only to fail the inspection, pipe in ground isnt level. They then have to come back fix the work, resend an inspector, and patch the concrete( all different days). This job started mid February and ended end of April. In addition to the amount of personal time I had to waste waiting around for them to come or someone to no show, I had to call the office after they left every time to follow up AND SCHEDULE MY OWN APPOINTMENTS. I also never received electronic quotes or receipts for any of the work. They just shove an iPad in your face saying sign here and swipe your card. Do better Antons!

5 starsCalled and scheduled an appointment quickly to install a humidifier to pair with our HVAC. My husband installed a good portion, but was unclear how to connect the final portion. Lots of appointent availability. *** arrived on time and was very helpful. He quickly identified the issue and explained the solution to my husband/showed him what was still needed and provided a quote for the job.
