5 starsWe had them out last year when they were Total
Comfort, now it’s Anton’s. ***** did a very thorough job and noticed things that should have been addressed years ago (when we had another HVAC service company out. Very pleased with the tech, *****, and the service received. They went above and beyond! Capacitors and wiring needed to be replaced and they took the time to show my husband before and after pix.

5 stars*****'s installed a set of HVAC products in 2022, including a new furnace, AC unit, and a new water heater. All of the previous units were ***** years old. They have been very helpful explaining the features of the new systems and come out bi-annually to inspect and make sure everything is in working order. 1 starI was in a bind to have my kitchen faucet replaced (not hot water flowing) - could not find another plumbing company to come as fast as Antons (they came in a week vs others that said it would be 2-3 weeks). Could not get an estimate over the phone (others would give one) - told $89 diagnostic fee which would be applied to any repairs. When the tech arrived (he was very good) he assessed the situation, worked on his laptop, and showed me an estimate of $808 - that's not a typo. When asked how he came up with the number he said he doesnt calculate the prices - he's just the messenger. I could have said forget it and be out $89. But I was in a bind - had to get it done - so I agreed - stupid me. The tech was at my house 1 1/4 hours - that's $645 per hour by my math - and no that's not a typo. After the install I called *****'s office to see if I could get some relief - ran into a brick wall. Was told the pricing was based on a pricing model - asked if that pricing model showed $645 per hour for a faucet install and was spun round and round with gibberish. ****** learned - just wanted the public to know that this firm takes advantage of you with no remorse. Is $645 and hour fair?? Wrote the president a complete explanation of this situation - no response and frankly did not expect one. 1 star*****'s installed a kitchen faucet for us on 3/6/2023. It was a simple like for like replacement and we supplied the faucet. We were charged at the time of service but did not receive an itemized invoice nor a receipt. The cost was $475.81.I called on 3/7/2013 and requested a receipt and/or an invoice. A week passed and I received neither.I called again on 3/21/2023 and again requested an invoice. At the time I also expressed that the cost seemed excessive for the simple service provided. The person I spoke with said she would send me an invoice and have a manager contact me about the cost.I received an invoice within 5 minutes of the phone call but it was a lump sum and not itemized.To date I have not received any further contact concerning the cost.I used ***** Plumbing for over 30 years and was very pleased with their service and pricing. *****'s absorbed ***** last fall. I don't think I'll be using them again and I won't recommend them, either.Anton's Plumbing, Heating/ Cooling & Energy Experts

5 starsVery professional and descriptive of the propblem with my HVAC systems. Replacement cost was very reasonable and I was not pressured with replacement vs repair.
