      This bank debited my account multiple times for the same transactions causing my account to go into the negative and now are refusing to correct it. I could see if a company accidently ran a payment more than once, but for almost every transaction from multiple businesses be duplicated, seems like a bank error to me.

      To truly get an accurate picture of which transactions the member is referring to we would encourage Ms. ******* to stop by a branch at her next availability to go over the account transactions in detail.  We would also be available by phone but this might be better done in person to fully go over the account and possibly dispute any fraudulent charges if necessary.  We would appreciate the opportunity to go over the account and hopefully resolve any concerns Ms. ******* has at this time.

      This company has closed my account with out reasonable notice and unclear disclosure about a loan with a balance of $500 , That they have yet to prove is mines . They have been threatening me about reporting negatively on my consumer report on a alleged debt on a unsecure loan .. I have tried to contact company about account but they have yet to contact me back regarding debt that they have been harassingly communicating with me with by reporting late payments on my consumer report. .Sending alleged envelops with logo . I have tried contacting company because my apartments were flooded and I had no transportation to get to work to continue to pay the loan . I lived in the flooded area of ******** ****** recent flood . Which was a natural disaster and they have neglected to reflect that towards my account making me suffer even more my consumer report is being tarnished and I have just been through something so devastating I had to move out of apartment and with my parents with new born baby because of poor credit reporting's .

      Hello, back on 9/29/22 we received a related complaint through our state regulators.  At that time, we investigated and responded to our regulators.  Please see below.

      "We have looked
      at the transaction regarding the original loan.  The loan was signed for
      on 1/29/2022 via web signature utilizing Docusign.  Through this process,
      the member receives copies of all loan paperwork signed via email, including
      the note and disclosure for the loan.  The email used was verified by the
      member and the paperwork was sent to the same email address used to complete
      the web signatures (also was the email of record from our system).  The
      emailed documents also state how to receive paper copies of all disclosures if
      the member wishes.  We have reached out to *** ******** today via phone and
      left a message in regards to this matter.   ******** does
      not have any record of written correspondence from *** ********.  We have
      tried to reach out to her in regards to the loan and checking account on
      occasion which is our normal course of business.  It appears we have only
      been able to reach her one time since early August.  From our notes on the
      account it appears we have tried to reach her 6 times via phone."

      Since then, we have only been able to reach the member once and the member stated they will be sending in a payment to bring the account current.  We never received that payment.  The account was closed due to a negative balance for 60+ days.  We will gladly provide any and all disclosures to *** ******** if she requests.
