              I sent the seller " dodds brothers LLC" a check for $390 for furnace parts. I got an email confirming the order, but nothing showed up. I tried to contact them and they replied first. With an email stating it would be several weeks for shipment. I then tried to contact them again and one email address came back as non existing, the other email said that the owner does and they are out of business. What can I do to get my money back? Are you In falcon Missouri? Can you verify that this business actually exists? Any help greatly appreciated. I cannot afford to loose this much money, this heats our home and I need these parts. Thanks for any help. *****

              They sale faulty parts then expect the customer to pay shipping to return the faulty part as well as to get a replacement sent back for the faulty part. They are a bunch of ****** and they should not have a business because their business practice is the poorest I have ever seen.
